Raiden

Raiden, also known as the Fallen Lord, is clutch mate to Leigong and served as his equal as the Lord General to the Shifting Expanse for centuries. Of the two, Raiden was far more brash and brutal than his Commander counterpart, always looking to rush headlong into war without first thinking of the ramifications such reckless fighting would cause. If it were not for Tempest's direct orders against him, Raiden would seek to expand the lands of the Expanse outwards, clashing with other realms with the intention to defeat and conquer. After decades of peace and restlessness from the war-hungry Lord, when rumors of restlessness and upset with their northern neighbors in the Domain of Light reached him, he leaped at the opportunity to enact war. When Indra emerged from the halls of the Goldensparc with Kasios and demanded she be granted the chance to negotiate peace, his plans to move forward and attack were halted. Furious, he looked for any and all chances to sabotage the meeting, but was left behind and without his chance for war. After his only opportunity in decades to hold war was dashed from him, he confronted Tempest and Leigong a final time, and was rejected, only offered the ultimatum of staying and obeying orders, or denouncing his title of Lord and exiling. To his brother's astonishment, Raiden shed what he called 'the burden of peace' and his title of Lord, disbanding the Shifting Expanse immediately after.

Years after his leaving, the location of the once Lord General is unknown, and he has not made an effort to return. Not yet.
