An child from one of Bansvelk's allied clans that was destroyed by the Shade, Bilae rides the wind wearing a full set of armor as though it's made of feathers. What she lacks in noble airs compared to her mate she makes up for in airy movement - the lighter imperial seems to almost always skip and have her wings spread to catch breaths of wind even when she's walking, and flows through trees and stones with ease. She also helps in the building of the Spire, although she functions more as a scout to spot areas of good crystal to use as building materials than actually doing heavy lifting of stones.
She and her mate act as ambassadors to clans for alliances, their gleaming figures and calm eyes perfect examples of the peace and prosperity of Bansvelk's clan.
