Hezakia
Hezakia is an outlier when it comes to Fae dragons, She can very easily sense other dragons emotions and intentions no matter what breed. This is an important trait for her to have as she is the leader of this clan and it is her job to vet all who wish to join.
Her clan is very dedicated to the Stormcatcher and feel it is a great privilege and honor to be exalted, thus many of her descendants are serving the Stormcatcher in this way.
Her partner Ali is a very important part of her life, though she can come across as emotionless due to her monotone way of speaking, she can be very empathic and on very rare occasions the pressure of running a clan can start to overwhelm her. Ali is always there for her in these times to offer emotional support and if she asks he will give her guidance and suggestions for hard decisions.
