Bio: Rockstar knew he was born to be, well, a star. Someone dragons and maren alike would cheer for when he swam into view. The problem was, even though he was locally popular as that fearless guy who would go out and fight off any monstrous leviathan that dared to swim too near his home reef, no one knew about him outside of that. He longed to go out into the wider world and truly show what he was made of. He was tired of doing things that were commonplace, retreading the same ground as the thrill-seekers before him. Rockstar wanted to do something new and exciting. He left his home, and, indeed, the water itself, with that goal in mind.

Rockstar had many adventures (and misadventures) but he still kept seeking something bigger, better. He wasn't sure exactly what he was looking for, but he knew he'd know when he found it. And he did. The legend of the Lost Isle, said to have existed before the time of the dragons. It was floating in the sky, perhaps, or else buried deep underground or underwater.

Well, Rockstar had gotten enough of underwater adventures to last a lifetime, so he took to the sky. It took years, but he refused to give up. This was his quest, his dream, the thing that would make his truly famous so that his name was remembered among the dragons for generations to come.

Rockstar finally found it. The Lost Isle itself, so high up in the sky it made him lightheaded to fly to it. Or maybe he was lightheaded from the excitement of it all! It was everything he could have imagined and more! But it wasn't enough, suddenly, to find it. It wasn't enough to know it existed. He needed to explore it, to plunder all its secrets. And for that, he needed help, as his one foray onto the rocky surface proved. The secrets were guarded by ancient automatons, great machines of metal controlled by some ancient secret lost along with the island. If he were a lightning element dragon, Rockstar would have been drooling.

Visions of eternal fame and fortune dancing in his head, Rockstar almost crashed back to the planet's surface. He stumbled around, and happened to come across a tavern, sitting out near the edge of a cliff. It seemed like good fortune at the time, but he had no idea just how good it would turn out to be.

There was a bard in residence there, and who better to go along and chronical this historic journey? And...the bard's mate, who could serve some purpose. Cannon fodder, Rockstar thought to himself at first, especially when he insisted on bringing those noisy birds along. But then again, Cola did seem to have a good head on his shoulders, so maybe he could be useful in other ways, as well...
