Urban Legends

Dredger, the old dragon of the sea. A bottom-feeding creature who is rarely seen, some say he is a kindly fellow who guides lost souls at sea to safety with his lamp. But in the dark corners of murky seaside taverns, you'll often hear superstitious fishermen warn that the bogsneak is in fact a treacherous ghoul known for drowning sailors, wrapping them in kelp and netting before dragging them down into the depths of the trenches that he haunts. Even pirates sail warily if they cross waters that Dredger has been sighted in, which only adds to his sinister reputation.

The bogsneak's name is a myth among the population of the underwater city of New Atlantis, and some claim to have seen Dredger outside the dome at night, knocking to come in during stormy ocean weather...
