Given to the clan by Solstice.

Shelley doesn't remember much about her days before meeting Cobalt. Most she knows is wandering under the protection of the Starwood Strand then being brought to the Windswept Plateau by a large red dragon. That's when she met many dragons, and her adopters. The young Mirror Cobalt and her mate Spinel welcomed her in with open arms.
She quickly became acquainted with the other aethers the fledgling clan had taken in, becoming attached to Navi in particular. Other bigger dragons came and went, but she couldn't help thinking about that weird red one...

One windy morning, as if by chance, that dragon came by! Following a dragon dubbing himself Triangulum. She was so excited to see them again. Enthusiastic and estatic, she told her everything that had happened. And just when she thought the dragon would turn away and leave, she stayed, and stayed, and stayed some more. It became obvious that her rescuer would stay.

As time went on she'd grow closer and closer to Solstice, until she claimed her as her parent.

Personality
Shelley describes herself as a social butterfly, but her clanmates say otherwise. She's relatively headstrong, and is a bit selfish. She seems to have limitless amounts of energy, so Solstice takes her exploring frequently.
