Hibiscus is a poet, and the kind that does not like to make much sense. She occasionally speaks in rhyme or will disguise requests or instructions in prose. Riddle-weaver, songwriter, mind-flayer. When in a playful mood, conversations with her will slowly devolve and leave you questioning your sanity. Smell burnt toast? You could be having a stroke, or Hibiscus is simply having her fun. The great tragedy is that she writes nothing down. The most breathtaking songs are not preserved. You must either scribble them down frantically in a futile attempt to hear them a second time or appreciate them in the moment. Your choice.
