Sappho

Sappho is...a truly graceful dragon. Sure she is agile, has great balance and movement, but there is far more to her grace than simply that. Oh yes, Sappho is graceful in manner as well. Every morning and evening she has her own stretch and warmup routine to get her muscles limber and ready for work, as well as some small exercises for during the day to keep them that way. Her fine control of her muscles is something she has specifically honed to an art and it shows. Oddly enough for her it's all about how it feels when she moves. It's easy to imagine Sappho quite the vain dragon and yet she is not. She is simply calm, collected, and very insistent on feeling comfortable in her own body (which includes how it moves)! Really if ever there was a dragon that would lead a yoga class...it is this one.
