Unfailingly weak and pitiful, you can see them in their decrepit state. Fragile, unexperienced and decadent, a mysterious power to behold. But have you seen their face wrenched in guilt or down on their haunches, coughing up blood? There is no help for them, and they know it. But they hold onto the fact that they could be gone the next year and insist on perservering with kindness. Sadly all of their children have died early on, having Malkhi send them among the lightweaver in hopes of remission. They themself know they'll futilely exist for much longer.
