While those related to Anura are the true progenitors, the original council chair holders are either physical manifestations of Anuras weapons (the immortals) or they were among the first to begin wholly worshipping Anura, so theyre considered progenitors as well. The families of mortal beings will always pass down the chair to the next in line. If the heir doesnt accept the chair, they're executed. They will sit in their chair until they pass.

-> this guy is sorta kinda trying to find a loophole to this rule bc he just really hates being in the council but he doesnt want to pass on the position to another family member either.

-> he has a little bag thats hidden underneath all of his scarves that carries the lint roller, an extra fine tooth comb (he has one in his pocket generally), cologne, toothpicks, lotion, EVERYTHING u can think of to maintain his appearance he needs to look sexy at any given moment or HE WILL DIE!
-> bawkrya makes fun of him for it while stealing his comb and lotion frm him while he's not looking

-> usually clean shaven but not all the time. depends on how long he has to stay w the priv council. never full on beard tho, mostly stubble before he gets annoyed and shaves it off
