As he grew older, he discovered his talent for organization and management, and quickly rose through the ranks of the dragon festival management community. He soon became one of the most sought-after festival managers in the land, known for his impeccable attention to detail and his unwavering commitment to making every event truly spectacular. His wings, which were a dazzling shade of teal, only added to his allure, as he was able to glide through crowds effortlessly and make quick decisions on the fly. But in a cruel twist of fate, Xander was involved in a terrible accident while attending a particularly challenging festival. His wings, which had always been his pride and joy, were badly damaged, leaving him unable to fly and struggling with intense pain. Despite his injury, Xander refused to step down from his role as a festival manager, determined to show that he was still capable of fulfilling his duties. However, the physical and mental strain soon took its toll, and he found himself struggling to keep up with the demands of his job. As the seasons passed, Xander's condition worsened, and he began to withdraw from his colleagues and friends.
