These creatures linger in deserts, forests, mountains, and uninhabited, desolate places. They avoid contact with other creatures, and generally remain invisible, as they are very private and secretive dragons. Their true home is the fabled Mount Qaf, where their magic is nourished in silence under the cover of night, though no one knows where it is, or what truly happens on its slopes. They have pacts with the moon and stars, who are their silent allies in their everlasting journeys throughout the wilderness, and can teach lunar secrets to other dragons or beasticians should they manage to befriend them.
