Friendly Foe.
Oteo is the sweetest Fae you'll ever come across... Until you argue with him.
He tries to be the nicest dragon possible, but he can't control himself when he gets in a fight, shouting threats and curses all over the place.
He is also possessive, and is not willing to share his friends, Smoothie and Akeo, with anyone.
Oteo has been warned about his bad behavior. He really tries to get better, but, in the end, it's hard to not be himself.
