Daikon originated from the docile lands of Highland Scrub. He never enjoyed the region's climate, and decided to travel to many lands before choosing a place to call home. On one of his trips, he stumbled upon Kamikaze's clan hunting for food. Having been raised in an area littered with bones and little meat, Daikon could not help but laugh as he watched two of the dragons offering a Mirror, the clan leader he presumed, the tastiest parts of the animal. If Daikon was back in the Highlands, no food would be left if you even hesitated. Their behaviour piqued his interest and he chose to join this small clan.

Daikon is sort of an egomaniac and takes much pride in his lustrous scales. He grooms himself regularly and is secretly thankful that the location of the clan he joined is surrounded by so much water. The setting is so different from the dust-filled land of whence he came. Upon first setting eyes on Myra and Generics, he was impressed by their own beautiful coloration of scales. However, they constantly team up to tease him, but Daikon knows not to take it to heart.

He loves admiring beauty in all things, especially inner beauty. Daikon believes that even the most putrid of appearances will hide something of worth to admire. Except babies. Daikon will have none of their blob-headed screaming and squealing. He can barely stand others' babies, he can't even imagine having his own. He'll be miles away if he even senses a female having intentions of mating with him. But once they're grown up, it's fine.

October 3rd, 2015:

Daikon has found a young Spined Cobra and is trying to befriend it. He and Greff, the Poisonous Toridae that has been with him since December 2014, are still best buddies. Greff can't help but feel jealous when the Cobra comfortable plops itself on top of Daikon's head, which he himself has long outgrown being able to do.
