Storex

A former experiment, Storex has long since escaped Kaxera and lives mostly in the depths of Shadow, hiding out amongst the tangles in hopes that the fortified area will keep them safe.

Storex doesn't have a pleasant history. One of Kaxera's many mutants, Storex blocked out most of his time in the depths of the labs, and can't even remember why he was tested on or what he was mutated into. He knows his Capsule is unnatural, and that it had something to do with his Plague heritage, but beyond that he can't remember much. Nor, honestly, does he want to. He blocked it out for a reason, and he'd much rather live unaware of whatever tragedy existed then than he would try to process it all.
He doesn't miss his old life enough for that, really.
As of current, he does his best alongside other Nocturnes in the depths of the Tangled Wood, his somewhat stable identity created by the harshness of Kaxera providing some kind of foundation to keep a feedback loop from occurring. He finds it a nice, calm life; one he wouldn't give up for the world. Besides, anything is better than that place...

• Storex was an attempt at creating a Capsule dragon with venom within that could be spat up as a hazardous, flesh-eating weapon. The experiments were a fluke, though; he can spit up the blue liquid in his stomach, but it's mostly benign, just being a sludgy soup. He doesn't use it for anything and mostly just keeps it within now.
• He's shockingly down to earth for a Nocturne, and also shockingly stable. His time in Kaxera cemented an identity on accident, and now he's an unintentional stable point in the mimicry of the Nocturne retreats.
• Chance is a Die of Bargaining he picked up in the Nocturne retreats. It seemed to like him a lot, and he liked having a familiar to hold on to that was of his species' origin instead.
