Heiasun acts as an ambassador between the Caravenserai and Lightning scavenger clans & groups of the Expanse's wild west that wishes to establish alliances and trade agreements. As the diplomat for iconoclast factions and non-elementally aligned clans, he's also in contact with beastclan dignitaries. He can be found in the House of Lightning, an elemental annex in Mosaic Hall, in the Grand Serail of Moshkaran.

Aviar Local aviar populations are integrated with the Talonok to a greater extent than the Foo, the traditional allies of talonok beastclans. These aviar are most commonly found around Moshkaran trading with the smaller dragon breeds, and ignored by the larger. Many also work as couriers both for other beastclans and for dragon clients. |

Faun These fauns are descendants of the original beastclans that lived around the former capital city in the Sunbeam Ruins, and migrated with their dragon allies. Today they are mostly found around Moshkaran, usually working as musicians, entertainers, and other artistic trades - although some have found their way to the criminal world. |

Harpy While the Caravanserai has always been trading with Windcarve, Stonewatch, and Mesacliff harpies from the Carrion Canyon, it has also long fostered a more diverse population of harpy deserters and refugees that has grown into its own native population in present-day Moshkaran. Stormcloud and Chillwind harpies are also regular visitors to the capital city. |

Maren Historically, the Caravanserai didn't have access to any large body of water until Riftmaw was brought under the influence of the clan. Since then, a fragile truce with the local Deepwater maren has been established. The maren that live at the bottom of the rift in Riftmaw's underbelly will trade wavespun cloth and igueel leather for dragon goods. |

Serthis Flamescale territories surround Moshkaran, making diplomacy a necessity for terrestrial dragon trade to flow in and out of the region peacefully. The Caravanserai also welcomes serthis that do not follow the eugenistic practices of their people. While most alchemists could use their skill in the criminal world, they actually find better employment in the perfume or wine industries. |

Talonok The Talonok presence is strong in the Caravanserai, as they are one of their oldest beastclan alliances. The first Talonok contacts were corven of the Hewn City who settled with the dragon clan for protection; this ancient population was eventually joined by raptorik migrants from the Thunderhead Savanna. Nowadays, Talonok are a common sight in both Moshkaran and Ostraka. |
