A brutal warrior from a powerful bloodline. All things will die; he's there to help some of those things along. He is not one to shirk away from his lineage or what it brought. Why should he? Instead, he relishes the hunt. The bigger the threat, the better.

He came into the fold while he was on the prowl - seeking out foes to challenge. There was no real rhyme nor reason to his wanderings. He simply felt the need to push himself. Most things he encountered fell. Some survived, but they didn't matter to him. It just meant he had to hone himself further. When he came across Kuroda-Kai, it didn't take long for violence to erupt.

He severely wounded several members including Onryo and Sanosuke, but he was ultimately defeated in the end by Shun. Before a killing blow could be struck, Kaitou ordered his son to stand down. The strength displayed by Karasu had impressed him enough to consider recruiting the Nightcaller. And here, he would find purpose, as well as an outlet for his violent urges.

Between assignments, he usually seeks to spar with his clanmates, Shun in particular.
