S U M M A R Y
Laplace, along with his mate, Tumble, came across the Pit in their travels. They were sightseeing, as they've always loved to do - they had just come from their vacation in the Shifting Expanse. Laplace had recently injured their wing trying to climb out of a crater in the Ashfall Waste, so they sought help from any dragon they could find.

That dragon just so happened to be Kindling. Though a bit suspicious at first, she allowed them to stay in one of the vacant dens in the Pit and hurried Laplace off to the medic.

When Laplace met the Bloodwitch, he was... anxious. He wasn't too keen on being magically treated by a suspicious witch he'd never met before. The Bloodwitch was equally as unsure of Laplace, growing frustrated with his noncompliance. They loudly bickered with each other during the procedure, and it ended with Laplace's wing being beautifully bandaged up - and him being thrown out of the Witch's den.

Laplace stomped out to meet back up with Tumble, joining her conversation with Carothers and Nighthead. They all became great friends - and are the reason they decided to stay in the Pit for good.
