Where her partner dabbles in gears, wires, nuts, bolts and mechanical trinkets, Sherbert prefers to busy herself with studying the arcane. Having hatched in a nest rich with the mystical element, the young Aether dragoness has always had an aptitude for magic, with her favorite being spells that aid with nest-keeping. Some may call it a waste, that she spends most of her time coming up with fresh new ways to enchant a broom to sweep the floor all on its own, but to them, Sherbert will offer a friendly smile and a few light, chipper words.

"Busy claws get things done!" She'll tell them, "but when your claws are covered in grime from clearing out the leftovers, how're you meant to get anything done with the rest of your day?! Picking gunk off of your fur is not how I want to spend an afternoon that is better spent reading or working on my novel."

No one knows what sort of novel Sherbert is writing.

...most likely somewhere within the rat's nest of tablets and strew scraps of paper that is her bedroom...somewhere...

Come to think of it, most dragons in the clan can't even recall a time they've seen her working on a novel. It's just been spells and animated booms, and on a few occasions, a pinkish-purple blast of energy that exploded a few nearby windows.
