Neferti, the Clan Mage
"I see that you have come to our Den, I, Neferti, bid you welcome stranger. Please rest your paws, and be not afraid, for as long as you do not come with intent to harm, you are welcome here."
Arriving at the clan had been unintentional, as Neferti had been focused on her 'Search' for that she was to protect. She met Desher, found herself admiring him greatly and chose to stay because of his calm way of doing things, as well as the fact she began to develop feelings for him of the romantic variety, with equally as many rivals, finding herself becoming a protector of the growing Redtide Clan.
A dragon of the arcane persuasion, Neferti became known for her sound advice on matters of the arcane, and a pillar of the clan after Seafoam's hibernation began and strives to teach the youngsters as well as she can while also trying to win Desher over as she has fallen even more in love with him as time passes.
She and Seafoam often compare notes about their arcane knowledge and seek to improve themselves, as Seafoam finally found a mate after reawakening.
Neferti is often seen as someone to turn to in times of need by young dragons, regardless of their breeds.

What is a Redguard?
A Redguard is a Guardian Dragon that has a red ranged body colour, they are of any element, and can even have different genes!
They are descendants of the Guardians who were responsible for protecting the waters closer to where the Tidelord rests, but instead of staying within the waters controlled by the Tidelord, their ancestors moved to other flights, and the Reguards were born under the other deities and elements.
A Redguard has no effect on luck, often appearing in times of great need, their various red hued bodies enchanting mortals as their bright colouration led to the name of their species, mortals will often seek out the Redguard for advice, or even blessing to travel through their territory. Redguards rarely if ever leave an area once they have found their ideal lair, and often provide wisdom and protection to that area.
Sometimes Redguards are mistaken for Redtides, however, they usually make it quite clear that they are in fact not the same.
