Othelia is a journalist and interviewer and has become the main news source for the clan. She had been a freelancer for a while before stumbling across the Clan of Roaring Clouds, and fell in love with this self-proclaimed "hot-spot of up and coming news".

Othelia does a little twirl in the air-she spends a lot more time flying than on the ground, you realize- and gets close to your face.
"Okay so! This must've been a few years ago, when I was freelance. There were rumors of a Water clan and a Light clan collaborating on some sort of new magical device, so I traveled over to the Drowned Sanctum to hear if anyone there new anything, but turns out no one knew what I was talking about. So I moved throughout the Sunbeam Ruins to get their side of the story, and it turns out that a real high-profile scholar from a Lightning clan was blackmailing group of dragons to cover up his unethical experiments and put the blame on them instead of him! It was such a scandal, frankly I'm surprised I was the one to uncover it!"
Othelia laughs and tilts his head back. "Well, that's the most memorable story so far anyway. But I know that the clan I'm currently at will surpass that soon; you can't get that eccentric of a group of dragons together and not have one of them be connected to some sort of elaborate conspiracy eventually".
