Biography

Lyra had always known that she was to be married off to a foreign man. It was a tradition that had been in her family for generations. She was promised to a man from a far-off land, and her family was eagerly anticipating the alliance that would be formed by this marriage.

But Lyra didn't want that life. She was a powerful mage, and she had always dreamed of using her powers for something greater. She had heard rumors of a council of mages in the neighboring kingdom, and she had always longed to join them.

In a fit of emotion, Lyra ran away from her family's estate, determined to find the council and join their ranks. She traveled for weeks, living off the land and using her magic to keep herself safe.

Finally, she arrived at the council's headquarters. She was surprised to find that they were hesitant to accept her into their ranks. She was young, inexperienced, and they didn't know if they could trust her.

Lyra was determined to prove herself, and she spent months studying and training under the council's best mages. She quickly rose through the ranks, impressing her teachers with her natural talent and hard work.

One day, while exploring the council's headquarters, Lyra stumbled upon Matiu's secret lab. At first, she thought it was just another laboratory for conducting experiments. But as she looked closer, she saw that the experiments were inhumane, and the subjects were suffering greatly.

Lyra was horrified. She knew that she had to do something to stop Matiu's cruel experiments. She reported him to the council, but they were skeptical at first. Matiu had always been a respected member of their community, and they found it hard to believe that he would be capable of such atrocities.

But Lyra refused to back down. She gathered evidence and continued to push the council to investigate. Eventually, they were forced to take action, and Matiu was brought to justice. She realized her efforts were better put into the justice system. So, abandoning her dreams of becoming a council member, she started to study how to investigate and provide justice.
