Darkness is...quiet. But Mary is always colorful and bright, like a beam of warm sunshine dividing the dark beneath the trees. That's all the light I need.

Kanna was created artificially by Scarlett, with genes of a Harpy and Lilith herself.
Kanna was used as prototype for Snow, but as she was not useful enough, Scarlett erased her memories and left her in the streets. As a hybrid-demon, Kanna was defenseless and bullied by pure-bloods, until Damian and Mary found her and provided her with a new home.

Kanna is not as outgoing as Mary, but she sees her as a good friend and non-related sister. They are always seen together and work in Damian's mansion as maids – but both are also doing the dirty work, killing humans that get too close to the demons' identities.
Kanna dislikes light in particular and seeing something in general. She is afraid of the horror she witnessed on the streets and covers her eyes with blindfolds. Still, she's much more attentive than Mary, nearly seeing through the people she meets.
As Mary, Kanna has a crush on Snow, but knows and accepts that he would never reciprocate her feelings. She likes birds and roses, but also enjoys cries of pain.
Like Mary Kanna was killed by Adin, for she saw through his disguise too late.
