______ The Guardians of the court each serve an important purpose, some serving in a more aquatic domain, others protecting their sacred temples. However one thing remains certain, to find a guardian they must have need for redemption, all coming from darker more misfit backgrounds. To know the guardians, you must know their story..

______ The markets know Somna all too well, as she was robbing the markets blind at the young age of 3. However what the merchants didn't realize is that she had a reason. When High Talon Shiva sent her watcher, Aquial, to go get an order of supplies that needed delivery, poor Aquial was robbed blind, not only of her gold, but her poor satchel. When she returned to her Talon empty handed and explained the situation, the Talon took it upon herself to accompany her poor watcher to find her a new satchel. While at the markets, the Talon reached into her bag, and pulled out the small serpent, who was guiltily holding Shivas gold pouch. The talon took her gold and set the small hatchling down. The child then slithered off into an alleyway, and Shiva took it upon to follow. Upon arrival to the back of the alleyway, the small serpent who had been robbing the merchants, sat attempting to feed fruit to what was practically a newborn, practically begging the starving to eat something through whines and coos. Well long story short, The Talon couldn't bring herself to leave them there, so she scooped them up and brought them home. She then took it upon herself to hire mercinarys to find the mother who left them there, and bring her to be judged. The mother served a just fate, having left them there because she did not know who the father was. The girls grew up as Shivas daughters, and later served her as guardians of her chambers, but some suspect this was just to be able to keep them close to home.
