Biography
Iodine
The trusty navigator. Travels the high seas with her crew. Currently hunting down Aurora because of his involvement in her sons infection. Iodine was a well-known cartographer living in Churnscar Wharf, raised by her parents to follow in their footsteps in providing assistance to visiting merchant and trading ships. Over the years, she'd become quite accustomed to the crew of The Algernon, as her family was always their go-to for any sort of navigation help. From the moment they'd met, Iodine held feelings for Prismarine, the daughter of The Algernon's captain, and the two were quite close growing up, even if they didn't see each other often. After Prismarine rose to captain of the ship, she offered Iodine the chance to become a permanent, on-ship navigator and cartographer, to which she agreed.

A lost egg fell into the claws of a crew.
The three dragons stared at a lightning egg they placed on a pillow. They wrapped the egg in cloth as they were escaping the decrepit cave that Iodine managed to locate. The map she found at the last stop on the shore led them here.
The parchment was new, the cork and bottle still clean, so it must have been there for less than a day.
"They just left that kid there," Prismarine scoffed, scarred, right eye squinting at the egg. When in her lodge, she tended to take her eyepatch and hat off. "You sure they just... left it there?"
"I am certain, Pris," Iodine answered, keeping her eye on the egg that had lighting coursing through it. She has to squint at it sometimes as it was still bright. It must have been laid not that long ago.
Aegesy didn't say much but gave the two a concerned gaze. She clearly wanted to keep the egg.
She tended to talk through gazes and body language, preferring non-verbal conmmunication when possible.
Prismarine sighed, grabbing a bottle of ale and started to uncork it. "I can't believe this."
"Well at least they left a hint behind!"
"Yes but have you seen the amount of bottles that hang from the dock??" Prismarine snapped, taking a swig before handing the bottle to Iodine. "Eleven know how long that would've hung there! The egg would have been smashed or dead by then, or worse the hatchlin would have been killed."
Iodine sighed and shook her head as she took a sip. Much contrary to the belive people have, this stuff that Prismarine gets is more of a soda, barely alcoholic. She preferred sweet stuff.
Aegesy carefully took the bottle from Iodine too to have a sip, but keeps her eyes on the egg, clearly interested. She has a soft smirk on her face as she seems to get lost in thought.
"Well it's not dead now, is it?" Iodine retorted, taking the bottle from Aegesy for another sip. After she had her's, Prismarine took the bottle again for a bigger gulp.
"It's not," she sighed, taking a second sip before the other nocturne took the bottle again. "Thank the ship for being fast."
Aegesy stood up and walked over to the egg, carefully picking it up. He smiled a bit as he started to cradle it carefully and looked at the other two.
"Can we be it's mothers?" He asked, voice quiet. They rarely used it, so it was a bit hoarse. "Please?"
Iodine and Prismarine stared before looking at eachother.
