Arthur, a former pirate that served along side Swain who disbanded her fleet upon her recruitment by Nomad, he became a respected researcher in the Tourmaline Archives. Mostly keeping to himself, he had slowly lost his combat skill during his time as a researcher and book keeper. Though his former pirate life had never truly left him and he often reminisced on his past life. Though he never had feelings for Swain, he considered he a good friend and was always worried about her safety.
His worry would be quelled upon Swain contacting him and recruiting him into her clan along side her husband as their lead specialist and spy. Happily joining the cause, his life had not changed much though he had resumed his combat training and kept up with his abilities to better serve his role as a spy.
Meeting Nutmeg during a mission they served on together, the two became a 'ride or die' duo as they'd often serve along side one another and eventually perused a relationship before becoming formally married. When his nose isn't buried in search or hidden in a crowd its not rare to see him along side his wife.
