Energetic and affectionate, Tong is only really slowed down by the fact that her nocturnal nature makes crashing into objects on dark nights a genuine threat. While technically a Diplomat, Tong generally serves as a subordinate brought in to demonstrate either the clan's good intent, or the fact that if they want someone who is going to negotiate politely and without trampling the daisies they should probably hurry up.
