Ganondorf

In the Shifting Expanse, there exists a nomadic network of clans known as the Gerudo. A quirk in their bloodline means that the vast majority of time, their eggs hatch as females. They travel to all the realms of Sornieth in search of mates, some farther than others; a Gerudo can be any Flight, but the majority are Light dragons, since the closest and most consistent source of mates is the neighbouring Light territory of Hyrule. Once a century, a male Gerudo emerges from his egg. He is destined to be their king, heralded with a -dorf at the end of his name once he ascends to the desert throne.

Ganon is one such Gerudo son, and he grew to be a vicious warlord of a king. He conquered the land of Hyrule where the Clans of Hylia dwell, stealing one of their holy relics and using it to enhance his powers beyond just about any dragon but the Eleven Themselves.

He was eventually deposed, but it's said he swore to exterminate the descendants of the Hylian queen and king who defeated him...
