Cathrine occasionally makes mortal mistakes, so we can be quite certain that she is not a machine, even though it would be difficult to tell otherwise. She has been in business for twenty years with her travelling winery, but she has never once had a single employee or assistant. She trusts not one dragon or beast-man to do her job for her. Cathrine has even stopped using tools because they are far too inefficient for her goals.
She has almost learned to stop using her knife to pick her teeth as she has travelled across Sornieth and learned about other people's manors. She has yet to develop the habit of keeping her knife in her boot.

In the frozen city she wore out her welcome rather quickly. With her mannerisms. Although she was not asked to leave or hinted at to do such no one exactly asked her to extend her stay either. She will be welcomed back of course but maybe not too soon
