Perimeter Watch - Beta Guard

Howl is one stubborn dragon. She's got a bright and cheery personality that others find is easy to get along with. She can usually be seen as the liaison type of dragon when dealing with other clans as she doesn't have it in her to be disrespectful. Howl just won't give in very easily. And she'll do it all politely! Which is what brought her to Sandstorm's attention and why she works with the Perimeter Watch the most.
