Descendant of Naomi the Glitch Queen, hatched on a day of trickery and misfortune, Arelle entered the world cursed both by blood and by birth. All her life she wandered, never belonging, afraid to linger lest the ill fate that followed her always be allowed to seep in and take root in any one place.

Until she met another young dragon called Ayo, touched by what at first seemed opposite magic. A descendant of Luck, he wasn't so much welcome everywhere as he was resented for everywhere he could not be - a fellow dragon cursed to wander, unable to make a home, for the sake of every life but his own.

The two found in each other kindred spirits, another who understood the burden of legacy. And as their lives and loves began to intertwine, so did their magics, effectively cancelling each other out. Now they have found at last their place, their clan, with one another - finally they have found their home.
