The first thing you see when you enter the vast Venalia territory is a temple which towers high into the blue skies. Various banners and flags are draped on its walls and on the highest peak you can just make out a kite resembling the Windsinger flying high above; twirling and twisting in the wind much like its real counterpart.
You've been staring at the kite for so long, lost in its oddly mesmerising movements, you don't even notice that you've been surrounded completely until it's too late - the inhabitants of the temple are all around you. But there's no reason to be afraid. These dragons aren't here to cause trouble. As a matter of fact, they bear a striking resemblance to the deities of each Flight; and the bold flags that each carries beside is the undeniable fact:

personality
It is a common joke that every friendship group has one friend who acts without thinking and is a complete airhead; and while the representatives don't consider themselves to be more of a magic council than a friendship group, the point stands that Vialeldren would definitely be the nominee to the title of 'Idiot'. He's the least serious of them all by far, choosing to spend his time making terrible jokes and doing remarkably stupid things to lighten the mood, despite his initially intimidating appearance.
As he's such a klutz he tends to forget the important things, acting more like a mortal dragon than one of the eternal representatives. He's said to procrastinate a lot and be surprisingly lazy considering his massive resposibility as one of such representatives. Vialeldren tends to pass off his duties to his peers, really the only reason he remains a part of their council is that he was hand-picked to be the face of the Wind flight by the Windsinger himself, and is deemed too much of an important role to Venalia's vast territory to be stripped of his position due to his lax behaviour.
trivia
- Despite insects being a primary part of his diet he is terrified of them and has to close his eyes while eating them.
- When he's trying to hide from the other representatives, Vialeldren flies to the top of their temple and pretends to be a kite. It never works considering he's much larger than his swirling accomplices.
- He's very torn between wanting to give up his power so that he can be free like the dragons he watches over, and wanting to keep his power so that those same dragons keep thinking he's awesome.
- He talks in his sleep, usually random words like "slug" or "fence".
