Biography
Though witnessed by many, the Queen---as she refers to herself, though she is simply "Queen" to her mother---has only ever communicated with one dragon. Coleslaw found the Queen's egg just outside of her garden, raising the little one into a formidable dragon with a fascination for knowledge. Coleslaw lives isolated from the rest of the Flight due to her past as a thief, with the Queen sticking around to help her with her garden. The magic surrounding Coleslaw's cottage seemed to have changed the Queen's appearance, and to further this, she decorates herself with surrounding foliage.
Those who see the Queen are startled by her appearance. The Queen feels nervous around dragons that aren't her adoptive mother, and though a sort of belief has formed around misunderstanding the Queen as some kind of fairy, nobody has talked to her, or seen her for longer than a passing second, for that matter. Of course, nobody would think to ask Coleslaw anything...
Queen only encountered Miles once, while he tried talking to her through the Gardens while Coleslaw was away. The pair seemed to get along fine, until Miles asked her to come with him. Queen immediately felt uneasy, declining the offer. Though Miles tried pressing on the issue, Coleslaw soon came home and interrupted them. Miles' attempts to wrap her in as well were quickly shut down as Coleslaw threatened harm if he didn't leave immediately. Not one for wasting his time, and still recovering from his recent encounter with Lorelay, Miles relented, limping off without another word. Coleslaw didn't leave Queen home alone for many months afterward.
