When Zarzi escaped her previous clan as a teenager, survival proved to be harder than she ever thought it would be. If she didn't come across Finn and Briar, stuck in a strikingly similar situation, she may never have made it. They took her in as a daughter, and they began to build a home together.
It took a while for Zarzi to feel at home in this clan. Despite being the first to join Finn and Briar, the instability in her past led her to believe she needed to earn her place in the clan. She's come a long way since then, and is finally able to relax around her clanmates, enjoying being an older sister to her siblings Frosbite and Wolfsbane. Although, they're beginning to wonder. Why does she wear her mask? What's with the runes? Why does she look different to other tundras? They'd never dream of asking though. They don't want to scare her off.
She can often be found relaxing in Aster's oasis. As a tundra who, unlike Finn, is not native to the plagulands, she often struggles with the heat and humidity, which the garden can help alleviate
