Biography
Patriarch - He/She
Ceremony, out of the founders, is usually said to be the most hospitable.
Despite being quite large naturally (Due to being a Goaler), she isn't very intimidating. Quite the oppisite really, her demeanor is usually somewhere between happily content and amused. Walking through life slowly to enjoy the scenery, be that other dragons just living life or the actual scenery of the town.
Ceremony usually goes wherever the winds take him, so it's never really guaranteed where he might be. One day he's being pulled along by his kids to be engaged in mischievous shenanigans. Others she, dreadfully, has to partake in the actual responsibilities of being a patriarch of a entire town.
Or, well, unless you want to count a place as a person.
Because if so? There's a good 50% chance she's with her wife. Chatting away lazily about anything (or everything), taking a snooze in the sun (He is a avid enjoyer of sun naps), or just partaking in some good ol' parallel play.
Many things can be said about Ceremony, right or wrong. But no one can ever say that he doesn't love her wife dearly. (The ultimate black cat and golden retriever combo)
Ceremony was originally called the Emberglow Hearth home, born from two 6th generation blacksmiths. His mother and father came from two competing families, always butting heads and scrambling to create the next best thing to come out on top.
One barely tolerated the others existence unless it was to prove that they were the superior smith. That was until the two youngest smiths of each decided they fancied one other. Deciding eventually to marry despite the protests from both sides of the family. Voices from both sides saying how the union shouldn't go through. Only for the voices of both youngest, Anvil and Farstone, saying how they'd go through it anyway.
As classic love stories only your parents seem have go, they ran off with one another.
Traveling the world in its entirety and only returning when that carried a single egg with them.
An egg that had the color of white hot metal at the top that faded into a shiny gunmetal grey. Tucked into a warm satchel, being warily covered by Anvils fuzzy tail, the two families were forced to set aside their differences. A single hatching to be born of both families was the only thing that seemed to finally unite them.
(I plan to rework this eventually, because I don't like how I wrote it, but I don't have the time!)
Ceremony's Curious Collections (Miscellaneous):
- Trying to aim for Asgore vibes... but less human soul harvesting for Ceremony :] (We love Asgore in this house)
- Ceremony is my randomized progen!
This is what he started out as :]
