It didn’t mind, not really. It inclined its head to stare at the dragons passing it as it stood in the shadow of a little market shall.

It would care for those hatchlings just the same.

Eisheth didn’t care for their hatchlings after her incident, merely gazing passively at them before turning her eyes back to the nest she was staring at.

She would never stop again.

And that terrified it.

Sherril looked around the corner of the marketplace it had found itself in before moving on. It could feel the tension in the air underground, so it was probably for the best that it was up here.

It didn’t end up finding anything useful by the end of the trip, instead winding its way back down the long, dark tunnels following behind the other two.

It didn’t like this.

But Secrecy asked this of it, so it remained.
