Biography

Inferno grew up on the floating island of the Astrolabe before it crashed down to Sorneith. It was a tinkerer even in the Astrolabe days, ending up working on keeping some of the less magical parts of the Astrolabe running. After it crashed down, however, Inferno stuck with a group of aethers she at least thought of with some fondness in the chaos of the crash with the goal of learning what the new Sorneith they have accidentally stumbled back into is like.

After setting up their new research center in light, (though with some intense objections from Inferno on settling in either the Flamecaller's or the Stormcatcher's domain) she immediately took up residence in the newly formed technology division, with a mission to study any and all new tech. At the end of a 'research session' her desk would usually be a mess of spare wires and bolts with a haphazardly hobbled together version of the pristine appliance she started with. She is usually satisfied with these results, and believes that this has made it more 'streamlined' despite the high probability of it shocking anyone who uses it and spontaneously exploding.

Inferno has also dabbled in making her own creations. Most of these get shoved in her coworker's offices as gifts or in her cabinets and corners. She is also quite fond of 'pranking' fellow coworkers, to many's dismay.
