One day, her grandparents from Jaz's lair happened to be passing the Mirrorlight Promenade, and having heard that they had a descendant there, decided to stop for a visit. They fell in love with her instantly and would have loved to bring her home with them, but seeing that she was happy and valued in her clan, they told her to keep in touch, let them know about any great-grandbabies, and to remember that she'd have a home with them if she ever decided to move on.

As has become the custom for the clan, she was a long time in waiting for the others to find a perfectly fitting name for her. However, at last inspiration struck, and the clan decided to draw her name from some of the deciphered scraps of ancient language* preserved from prior ages of the world. Her name derived from the ancient term "lithe," meaning "gentle," and the term "uentus," meaning "wind."
