Cindeon has come to Oceanside Port to look for work, just something to keep himself occupied while he stayed for some time. He did find a job but also ended up meeting a dragon he enjoyed spending time with. It happened when he was in the town square when he heard about lessons on caring for kelp. Going to one had led him to Ioto and create a life with her when things got more serious between them both. Cindeon wouldn't change it for anything in the world, even if said world isn't doing so good anymore. As long as they have each other, nothing can stop them from living a life full of love and cherishment. His travels ended up being good in his eyes. Even so, all kids he and Ioto will have cna learn so much from them and from the town.

"Everyone here helps each other in ways one could only describe as a family would, especially in desperate times. I really enjoy being here since the help is good and that my love is here. She is such a kind soul who deserves to be happy no matter what and I will do what I can to make that happen. But first, allow me to give you a tour of the most great places in town, starting in the Town square and circling back to the tavern if you want to stay for longer." Cindeon said with a cheery tone in his voice, guiding those who came for a tour of the town. On occasion, he'll let them wander, just so long they return to the group after having a good look at whatever interested them. Any treasure he gets from the touring, Cindeon gives to Tonsie and the tavern in hopes she'll accept. "All proceeds go to others really. They deserve more for all the troubles they went through to start up their business' when they arrived here. I'm just here to provide as such and possibly more if they allow me to help more. I like to think that that's the reason Ioto stayed with me for so long, to be honest. She's super sweet but with her by my side, I know we can go to great length to better this town in our own ways, helping when needed and enjoying the little things in life. In any case, I'm just glad that she chose me of all dragons in this town. I shall treat her like the queen she is, even if she says she isn't one at all."

Cindeon gives little gifts to his friends, stuff they brought up once or twice before but has since remembered when he has saved what he doesn't give any treasure to the businesses in town. Seeing the sparkle in their eyes always makes him feel happier when he doesn't feel the greatest. Despite that though, he refuses to take anything in return and prefer to buy what he wants when he is able to. Those who came for a tour of the town usually tip him big time when they pay his normal rates and go on about their day. Cindeon thanks them but that there was no need for such a large tip. Even so, they always do, whether they come around for another tour, staying after the first tour, or leaving if they think the town doesn't suit them well in their opinions. He assumes that it's because of how well he has done the tour for the big tip to happen. Sometimes, when there isn't any chatter during the various walks, he'll sing some tunes to fill the air. Cindeon loves adding little tunes on the tours as it helps keep silent air away. It helps keep the children within the group stay in close proximity of said group.
