The golden boy of the Rangers and their newest recruit. Herald joined in 2018, although he has been in the hero business since 2014. He first debuted as a vigilante before quickly signing onto a sponsorship to become a corporate hero. Kestrel, I think? A year later, he switched companies and became a popular hero named Kinetik, before finally joining the Rangers and changing his hero name for the last time.

A Beta-level boost with powers of flight, as well as limited strength and invulnerability, just more then the average human. He doesn't carry any weapons with him though, despite not having any offensive abilities. There are definitely other heroes (and villains) that is much better at hand-to-hand combat then him. Herald is involved less with fighting villains and more on the rescuing side of the hero business, which is decidedly less flashy but he still manages to be one of the most popular heroes in Los Diablos. I think he's one of the most genuine heroes this city can get, actually. If not a little naïve.

Herald is the one that deals with the official press the most out of all of the Rangers. Probably because the public loves him. I mean, good looks, sunny personality, iron-clad morals... Who wouldn't like him?
