Bianca has a remarkable gift. Her dreams have the ability to tell the future, and with a little magic this can be catered to an individual's future. Before becoming Klatschmon's prime Seer, Bianca was a fortune teller for a circus troupe, but Mangolin marveled at her powers and took her in. Her abilities tucker her out pretty easily, leaving her in a drowsy state for most of the day.

Besides telling the future for Mangolin and Klatchmon's bureaucrats, Bibi can also communicate with and see the dead. Despite her efforts and attempts at training, she seems to only be able to see a rather hot-headed ghost, but she doesn't mind. She likes having new friends.
