Feathers of snow. Golden orbs for kind eyes. This healer is often compared to an angel by those whose wounds he mends. Seeing him has this way of putting other dragons at ease. Yet somehow, he seems oddly burdened.
he/him

Cherubim had a similar start to clan life like many others; stumbling his way through the main cavern's stoney halls after being scooped up by Quasar when he spotted him while out on a hunt. He was a small thing back then, tiny, feathery and lean. He soon fattened up after a few dozen mealtimes prepared by Truffle, but he never built up any bulk, which Peeps simply noted as being something he shared in common with Quasar.

"He's got your smarts!" The Mirror had happily chimed.

"He's got some rather peculiar runes," the Pearlcatcher had said, ignoring the clanfather in favor of noting the ice-colored symbols that ran the length of Cherubim's feathery form. "Reckon he can get some use out of them...with the help of the right teacher, that is."

Peeps gave a single nod of approval. After that, Quasar soon ushered the young coatl off to do some learning. To study magic and to learn the hidden language of the stars. Every dragon has some arcane capabilities within them even without having a bit of the Arcanist in their blood, and the same goes for those born 'neath the glow of the Lightweaver.

Cherubim's gift is that of healing. He's gotten good enough to write some things about it down in that book he's always carrying. If only he'd take a moment to rest and give himself some time to relax between study sessions.

"He's going to burn himself out at this rate," Quasar will sometimes whisper when he thinks there's no one around to hear, "we can't have that. One Husk is more than enough..."
