The fire in his eyes would never be dampened when faced with a challenge. Even if heaven and hell were to collide, he would be seen on the frontlines of the turmoil. Oft called the great King of the Harvest, the hero Zane is nonetheless best-known for his deeds earlier in life.

Now he reigns in this heaven of ours much as I understand he reigned in life; with pride and confidence both in abundance. The kings I knew in life aspired to the same. Yet, there is something distinctly different about him.

Some say Zane is merely an unwilling servant of the Windsinger, now. I say otherwise. Had he been turned into a dog to follow at his master's heel, he would be content in knowing what he achieved. To say a hero had stooped so low only mocks the ancestors, who of which brutally carved a path for the fallen King. That act itself serves to dishonor the heroism of his deeds.

Though it is slightly disheartening to see our Fairy King swept away by the wiles of the Wind. He calls himself a casanova but is yet to reel in a catch. I feel that he has been conquered by an unrequited love in our clan. I hope he finds some sense in his actions; a method to his madness. And I pray that a peerless being such as he might find a peer in an unlikely soul. Godspeed.
