Apollo

In the vast realm of dragonkind, there exists Apollo, the venerable deity of Creation,Light and Day, born amidst the dawn of creation itself. Radiating with the brilliance of the first light, Apollo's presence commands reverence and awe. As an ancient being, He handpicked the pantheon of old gods, including Estos, Tahel, Opus, and Cypress, shaping the destiny of their clan.

Despite His immense power, Apollo is characterized by His gentle soul, embodying kindness and warmth. He brought unity to the clan during times of darkness, His very being emanating light and providing fire and warmth as the first firebreather in existence. However, beneath His benevolent exterior lies a stern and formidable figure, intolerant of nonsense, often resorting to aggression to assert His authority.

During the initial era of His dominion as the paramount deity, Apollo succumbed to the intoxicating allure of power. He deemed no mortal dragon worthy of leading "His" clan, thus instigating the tumultuous Age of Burn. Conflict erupted between Apollo and Estos, the first chosen deity, culminating in a fifty-year war that ultimately humbled Apollo, restoring His humility and wisdom.

Since then, Apollo has maintained a stance of detachment from clan affairs, intervening only to bless His followers at His temple and bestow the light of wisdom upon new leaders. Recently, His divine favor has graced Verbena, a female guardian dragon, with the potential to ascend as the next deity, presiding over domains of rain, rivers, and healing. Rumors among His devotees whisper of her impending ascension, heralding a new era under her benevolent guidance.
