Boasts a keen affinity with flora and other beautiful things. When not studying the many species in the Starwood Strand, Regal tends to the Sanctum's rose-lined, dawn-kissed gardens.
A romantic at heart, it is no surprise that he quickly took to Allegra, the Library's composer and musician.

One of the first few to join the Library, after realising that its mission aligned with his study of flora and forestry. Some scholars mock Regal's place on the Council and even question in seriousness what benefits he brings. But little do they know that the trees have ears too...

Having an extreme aversion to dark places, Regal is one of the few council members that has not personally been to the ruins. But from what his beloved flora tell him, the creatures of the underdark are not to be messed with. This led him to constantly vocalising how scholars should be forbidden to enter the ruins, though other members always end up vetoing him. "In the careful pursuit of knowledge," they claim, as if they know any better.
