Need a healing potion? Ask Permusu (Perm-you-soo)! On top of being a doctor, Permusu specializes in brewing various potions. Brewing used to only be a hobby for her until she became skilled enough at it where she was comfortable giving others the potions she’d made. Regardless of a patient’s condition, Permusu’s potions are almost always effective at curing or at least treating them. However, there are some potions she does not know how to make—for example, though she still tries, she has yet to brew a potion that would alleviate Neoduroki’s misophonia.

Permusu does not like being a teacher. She’s only willing to teach the art of brewing to those who are close to her. Like Obsidian and Kestrel, she is also strict with safety; if she even suspects that a dragon is going to mess with dangerous potions without proper precautions, she will reprimand them (and stop teaching them, if she had been teaching them in the first place).

Permusu is a mysterious Skydancer to many, and her way of speaking is often described as sophisticated or eloquent.
