STATUS - "alive"
>Mania is technically both dead and alive. She is a living and breathing amalgamation of natural material created from magic.

JOB - To find deceased dragons, comfort them, and eventually guide them to the afterlife.

INFORMATION - Mania was created to be a companion and breakthrough of a lonely scientist. She was created out of blood, mud, magic, and bone.
Eventually she grew to despise her creator, deciding her "life" would be better lived guiding others than being studied. She walks along the Wandering Contagion, forever.
Mania's duty is to guide all to the afterlife, taking their pain and suffering in return.
Most would assume due to her ghastly appearance that she is heartless, feeling little to nothing, but this is far from the truth. Mania has a very big heart, and is very empathetic. She is especially fond of and empathetic towards hatchlings, making sure to take extra care of them.
