Anafiel the Plague Angel, now Anafiel Rotbite, was born to parents who perished in battle not long after his becoming an adult; his twin sister has left for greener pastures, up through Dragonhome and towards the Veridian Labyrinth, right to the edge of the Worldedge Wetlands in a hope of trying quell conflicts between Plague and Nature.

The two young Tundra dragons are accompanying their parents on a "work trip" - the two generals are heading towards the Snowsquall Tundra for a discussion on a potential collaboration between Ice and Plague forces against Fire and Lightning, and having already made contact with ambassadors in Hoverview Vale, this was the next logical move. Afterwards? Perhaps Millmeadows, even if Wind dragons seemed a peace-loving sort - surely they'd want to defend themselves, and take up allyship with those with the same self-interest.

"Not sure I'd like to be around if they can't convince Wind," Amalia muttered, picking at an icy surface.

They'd been left behind on the Frigid Floes with an "old friend", under the idea that it'd be more exciting for the younger dragons. Anafiel retorted that they weren't children anymore, they were on the cusp of adulthood - but neither parent were swayed.

"Even Wind couldn't resist the idea of more protection. Strength in numbers," Anafiel said, yet doubted his own words; he frowns when Amalia snorts.

The "old friend" was elsewhere, dozing in a den constructed entirely of solid ice - briefly, Anafiel wondered if it was chiseled or constructed out of blocks - and so he was unable (and quite frankly, unwilling) to watch the two young dragons as per their parents' instructions. Which suited them just fine, as two young nearly-adults who could look after themselves. And each other.

Even though they're both unfamiliar with the landscape, and both eye the steep drop-off cliffs from all around. The chill, at least, isn't as much of a problem as it might've been had they been anything else but Tundras.
