Minerva

Purple eyes crack open under old interlocking roots. A Guardian struggles to move her wings underneath, a sensation of feeling trapped until she remembers.



She attempts to stand, but only manages to get into a crouching position. With great effort, she thrusts her entire body upward through the plant matter and mostly frees herself. She begins stepping over the broken roots until a great fatigue washes over her.



She hacks and coughs. It seems as though it has been a long time since she last was summoned to protect the Unforged Heart. Looking around, she notices the pink haze that makes a soft layer over the forest. Nothing much has changed, apparently. Arcane energy surrounds her in a comforting aura, filling her lungs and her mind with purpose.


But there's a pervasive Shadow energy within the aura. Anger flashes over Minerva's eyes.
