  • spirit of the woods made a pact with her to keep her safe if she protects the forest in turn
  • spirit felt sorry for her as she clearly had no idea how to survive on her own
  • learns magic of the woods
  • in time develops her power well enough she can grow plants and move earth into the shape of buildings and makes a modest home this way
  • nearby settlements of people learn of her existence and role of protector of the forest and come to her to speak on times the forest may clash with their settlements, such as wildlife ruining crops or attacking travellers

From there, he pursued her despite her claim of forever maidenhood. Through persistence, and a bit of magic on Apparitions part, children were hatched to the magic pair…

I am a G4 Trapped Pearl! These dragons are secret royalty-- desendants of the petty tyrant Konungur and his queen-consort Holden. Their paths are ever at odds; Konungur seeks to have Pearlcatcher children to steal their pearls. He does this so that he can use them as pawns to expand his empire while retaining complete control. Holden, on the other hand, has every nest smuggled from the castle and replaced with dead eggs, buying their freedom at the cost of her own happiness.
